Angela Amodio

Angela Amodio, Ph.D., has extensive experience in talent acquisition, talent management, and people development. Angela has held various roles at Prysmian Group, including VP Group Talent Acquisition, Talent Management & People Development, Group Diversity & Inclusion Director, and Talent & People Development and Internal Communication Manager for Central Eastern Europe. Additionally, they served as the Global HR Reference for Side by Side, a Prysmian Group project for diversity and inclusion, and the Head of Prysmian Group Academy. Angela has also been an Advisory Board Member for STEAMiamoci. Prior to their roles at Prysmian Group, Dr. Amodio worked as a Lecturer and Coordinator at SDA Bocconi School of Management, a Visiting Scholar at The University of Waikato, and a Researcher and Consultant in Tourism Management at Touring Club Italiano. Angela began their career as a Stagiaire at Mercure Villa Romanazzi Carducci Bari and I GRANDI VIAGGI S.P.A.

Angela Amodio, Ph.D., completed their education with a BSc in Tourism Sciences from IULM University in 2003. Angela then pursued an MSc in Planning and Managing Tourist Systems at the University of Rome Tor Vergata from 2003 to 2006. Angela later earned a Ph.D. in Business Administration with a specialization in Strategy Track at LIUC - Università Cattaneo from 2010 to 2013. In 2018, they enrolled in the International Leadership Program - ILP at SDA Bocconi, which they completed in 2021.
