Gladys Mathieu

Gladys Mathieu has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Gladys started their career as a Human Resources Specialist at DEGUSSA FRANCE from April 2001 to September 2004. Gladys then joined Sicli Matériel-Incendie S.A. in October 2004 as a Human Resources Manager, where they handled industrial relations and restructuring projects until September 2009. Since September 2009, Gladys has been working at Prysmian Group, where they initially served as a Human Resources Manager for five plants with 700 employees. Gladys was responsible for various HR functions, including industrial relations, work council management, and organizational design. In January 2016, they were promoted to Head of People Performance, Development, and Culture, where they played a vital role in post-merger integration and building a common culture within the company. Most recently, Gladys has taken on the role of France HR Director at Prysmian Group, overseeing HR operations for 3000 employees across multiple business sectors in the cable industry.

Gladys Mathieu earned a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from IAE Caen in 2003-2004. Prior to that, they obtained a MAITRISE degree in Corporate Affairs from Université de Caen Normandie from 1991 to 1999. Currently, Gladys is pursuing studies in Design thinking at MIP Politecnico di Milano, starting in 2022.
