Glauber Rodrigues

Glauber Rodrigues is an experienced professional in engineering and project management, currently serving as the Head of Continuous Improvement and Head of Engineering for Telecom, Automotive, and Aerospace at Prysmian Group since July 2019. Previous roles include Engineering Manager and Technical Project Manager, responsible for significant projects and maintenance operations. Prior experience at GSK involved project management across various factory sectors, oversees maintenance supervision, and providing project engineering support. Glauber has also held a Projects Coordinator position at Michelin and served as a Production Support Technician at Companhia Siderurgica Nacional. Glauber Rodrigues holds an MBA in Project Management from FGV and a B.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Federal Fluminense, along with a technical diploma in Electromechanics.
