Leonardo Ricci

Head Of Supply Chain - Transmission Division at Prysmian Group

Leonardo Ricci has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Leonardo started their career as an Auditor at KPMG Italy in 2005 and then moved to Manuli Rubber Industries in 2007 as an Internal Auditor. In 2010, they joined Fluiconnecto by Manuli as the Finance Manager for Argentina and later became the CFO until 2014. That same year, Leonardo joined the Prysmian Group where they held several positions including Group Internal Audit Manager and Head of Internal Audit Turkey. Leonardo then moved on to become Supply Chain Manager for the Oil & Gas BU and later the Supply Chain Director for the Netherlands. Currently, they serve as the Head of Supply Chain for the Transmission Division at Prysmian Group.

Leonardo Ricci has a strong educational background in business and leadership. Leonardo earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Università Bocconi in 2004, followed by a Master's degree in Administration, Corporate Finance, and Control from the same institution in 2006. In 2018, they pursued a Pocket MBA - International Leadership Program at SDA Bocconi, which they completed in 2020. Currently, Leonardo is enrolled in a Pocket MBA - Advanced Leadership Program at SDA Bocconi. Additionally, in 2021, they obtained a certification in Safety for Operational Supervisor VCA from SGS.
