Massimo Gola

Massimo Gola is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in materials engineering and research, currently serving as a Senior TLC Material Engineer at Prysmian Group since February 2021. Prior to this role, Massimo worked as an R&D Researcher at IVM Chemicals, focusing on waterborne coatings from June 2018 to February 2021. Massimo's expertise also includes developing optical fiber coatings and fire-resistant cable compounds, acquired during tenure as an R&D Specialist at Prysmian S.p.A / Politecnico di Milano from September 2015 to May 2018. Massimo holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Industrial Chemistry and Chemical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and a Laurea Magistrale in Chimica Applicata e Ambientale from Università degli Studi di Milano, complemented by a foundational education at Liceo Scientifico.
