Matteo Bolognesi

Matteo Bolognesi is an experienced professional in project management and auditing, currently serving as Deputy Project Manager and Project Risk Manager at Saipem since May 2013. In this role, Matteo oversees the change management process for the PKG-01 project, valued at approximately 2 billion Euro. Previous experience includes positions as Project Management/Project Control Engineer for the Arctic LNG 2 project and Lead Internal Auditor, where Matteo executed operational audits on complex engineering and construction projects, developed new audit methodologies, and participated in compliance and financial reviews. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Management and Industrial Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and Politecnico di Torino, along with a Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics & Industrial Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.
