Matthew Wagner

Matthew Wagner is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Sr. Corporate Counsel at Prysmian Group since February 2021. In this role, Matthew provides legal counsel and strategic guidance across various operations pertaining to the North American sector of a leading global manufacturer of energy and telecom cables. Key responsibilities include labor and employment counseling, regulatory compliance, and commercial litigation management, along with support for complex projects in submarine/offshore wind and high voltage systems. Prior to this, Matthew held the position of Member/Partner at Frost Brown Todd from October 2012 to February 2021, specializing in employment counseling, litigation, regulatory matters, and international tax issues. Earlier in their career, Matthew worked as a Production Manager at F+W Media, Inc., overseeing purchasing and logistics for high-volume book lines. Matthew earned a Juris Doctorate from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in English Language and Literature from Xavier University.
