Simone Manfredi

Simone Manfredi has a diverse work experience in the engineering industry. Simone began their career at T.H.E.MA. Srl as a Structural Engineer, where they worked on various projects involving structural interventions and design details. Simone then joined Siemens as a Civil and Structural Engineer, focusing on the design and verification of civil projects and steel structures for high voltage substations. Simone later joined Prysmian Group, starting as a Proposal Engineer and eventually becoming an Engineering Manager, responsible for installation engineering for German Corridors projects. Currently, they serve as the Head of HV Installation Engineering at Prysmian Group.

Simone Manfredi obtained a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, which they completed in the years 2009 to 2012. Simone also participated in an exchange study program at The University of British Columbia in 2011-2012, where they focused on Geological Engineering for their Master Thesis. In addition, they participated in an international exchange program at Ecole des Ponts ParisTech for 12 months from 2009 to 2010, where they studied Génie Civil et Constructions.
