Stefano Sibarani

Head Of Supply Chain Australia at Prysmian Group

Stefano Sibarani has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries and roles. Stefano started their career in 2010 with practical training at PetroChina, where they gained exposure to different work sectors in the Oil and Gas Refinery. In 2013, they joined Saipem as a Process Engineer, working on the Jangkrik FPU EPCI-1 project. In 2016, they joined Prysmian Group's International Post Graduate Program, rotating through various divisions and countries for three years. Stefano then held roles such as Regional Planning Manager for Southeast Asia and Oceania, Head of Tendering for South East Asia, and currently serves as the Head of Supply Chain Australia for Prysmian Group.

Stefano Sibarani obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) with Honours in Chemical Engineering from the University of Melbourne from 2009 to 2013. Stefano also studied as an exchange student in Chemical Engineering at The University of Manchester from 2011 to 2012. Prior to their university education, Stefano completed Foundation Studies at Trinity College in 2008-2009 and attended Kolese Kanisius from 2005 to 2008. In terms of post-graduate programs, they completed the Prysmian Post Graduate Program, School of Management at SDA Bocconi in 2016. Additionally, Stefano participated in the Advance Supply Chain Management program at Prysmian Group Academy and completed the International Leadership Program (ILP) at SDA Bocconi.
