Claus Agerskov

Claus Agerskov has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the field of data science and neuroscientific systems. Claus started their career as a LiveLink tester at COMSOL, Inc. where they were responsible for testing software and handling IT tasks. Later, they joined the University of Copenhagen as a helping teacher for a PhD course workshop in computer simulations of neuroscientific systems.

In 2015, Claus joined Lundbeck as a Data Science Consultant, where they provided solutions for processing neuro-electrophysiological data and introduced new programs and GUIs to streamline data processing pipelines. Claus also served as a co-author on research articles and provided guidance to master and PhD students. During their time at Lundbeck, they also interned briefly.

Most recently, Claus worked at PS AI Labs as a Data Scientist and then as a Senior Data Scientist. Claus was part of a dedicated team focused on solving advanced analytical problems for clients using data science and machine learning techniques. Their experience includes working on MLOps and collaborating with a team to deliver successful outcomes.

Claus Agerskov has a strong educational background in physics and nanotechnology. Claus completed their Master of Science in Engineering (MSE) with a specialization in Physics and Nanotechnology from DTU - Technical University of Denmark, graduating in 2015. Prior to that, Claus obtained their Bachelor's degree in Physics and Nanotechnology from the same institution in 2013.

Before their undergraduate studies, Claus completed their STX eksamen from Voksenuddannelsescenter Frederiksberg in 2009. This educational course focused on the physical-mathematical line.

In addition to their formal education, Claus has also pursued various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Claus obtained the "Responsible Data Science" certification from statistics.com in March 2022 and the "Cluster Analysis" certification from the same institution in June 2021. Claus also holds the "Japanese Intermediate 1 Certificate" from LingQ.com, which they obtained in November 2019.
