Sean-Paul Bowlus

Sean-Paul Bowlus joined PS Business Parks in 2011 as a Financial Analyst. From 2011 to 2016, Mr. Bowlus was responsible for leading the Company’s analytical efforts for financial performance and investment underwriting. Mr. Bowlus was promoted in 2016 to Real Estate Manager and in 2018 to Senior Real Estate Manager, where his responsibilities were expanded to overseeing condemnation and easement matters affecting the Company’s national portfolio. In 2022, Mr. Bowlus was appointed to his current role as Vice President of Acquisitions and Dispositions. Mr. Bowlus is responsible for executing on the Company’s real estate investment strategy and oversees the sourcing and underwriting of acquisitions and dispositions. A lifelong Southern California native, Mr. Bowlus earned his bachelor’s degree in business finance from California State University, Fullerton.
