Kyra Contomanolis has extensive experience in client management and administrative roles within the insurance and financial services sectors. Currently serving as a Client Manager at PSA Insurance & Financial Services since June 2019, Kyra is responsible for communication with brokers, carriers, and clients to address account needs, as well as strategizing to enhance employee benefit packages. Previously, Kyra worked at Mid-Atlantic Benefits Group from March 2016 to June 2019, holding positions as Case Manager and Executive Assistant, where tasks included coordinating Open Enrollment meetings, managing multiple calendars, and supporting executive management. Earlier experience includes administrative support roles at SARC Harford County and internships with the United States Marshals Service and House of Ruth Maryland. Kyra holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology with a concentration in Criminal Justice from Towson University and graduated from Bel Air High School.
