Raymond Sweet has a comprehensive and diverse work experience spanning several industries. Raymond'smost recent role was as the Chief Executive Officer at PSA Insurance & Financial Services, where they had previously served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President & Chief Financial Officer at JPB Enterprises, Inc., where they were responsible for finance functions and participated in M&A and consulting engagements. Raymond also founded the company's outsourcing practice. Raymond has also worked as the Chief Financial Officer and Business Manager at Broadcast Sports Inc, overseeing all business aspects and negotiating contracts for significant revenue and earnings growth. Earlier in their career, Raymond served as the CEO of Chemical Specialties Manufacturing Corporation, where they successfully diversified the company into new markets and launched nationally recognized product lines. Raymond also held the role of Treasurer and Controller at Chemical Specialties, implementing restructuring measures and improving financial controls.
