Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at PSCI, Marcia leads initiatives for the State of Delaware's broadband strategic plan, ensuring compliance with federal grant funding. Prior roles include Program Manager at Zentech Manufacturing, overseeing printed circuit board assembly, and Manager of Client Service Management at Verizon Business Markets, where Marcia directed a team handling significant government account revenue.
