Dan Beeman

Dan Beeman currently serves as the Vice President of Construction at BrandPoint Services and previously held the position of Vice President of Southeast Operations at Philadelphia Sign Company. Dan's extensive career includes leadership as Owner/President of Beeman Development Group, where responsibilities encompassed strategic planning, consulting services in construction design processes, and financial analysis. Prior roles include Senior Director of Construction, Architecture & Design at The Hertz Corporation, and National Director of Construction & Purchasing at CORT Business Services, managing large portfolios and overseeing complex capital projects. Early career experiences include roles at Sears and franchise ownership with Ben & Jerry's. Dan holds an MBA in Management from Roosevelt University and a BS in Environmental Health from Old Dominion University, along with a Facilities Management Certificate from George Mason University.
