Marisa Banuelos

Marisa Banuelos is an accomplished professional in asset management and urban development, currently serving as an Asset Management Advisor at PSD Citywide Inc. since August 2021. Previously, Marisa held the position of Manager of Portfolio Strategy Development at London and Middlesex Community Housing, where Marisa was the primary lead in developing the organization's first Asset Management Plan. Marisa has also gained valuable experience as a Property Valuation Analyst and Property Inspector at MPAC, where responsibilities included data collection and analysis for property assessments. An early career internship at Tecnológico de Monterrey involved research on urban infrastructure, enhancing critical skills in data evaluation. Marisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Honours Specialization in Urban Development from Western University and is a Certified Residential Appraiser from UBC Sauder School of Business.
