Gautam Wadhwani

Gautam Wadhwani is an accomplished finance professional and nonprofit leader, currently serving as the CEO and Founder of Catalyst Partners since September 2023, and as Chief Financial Officer for PSE Healthy Energy and Reveal from The Center for Investigative Reporting. With extensive experience in nonprofit finance, Wadhwani has held significant roles including Interim Controller & Consultant to CFO at Catholic Charities of Santa Clara County and Partner at Ravix Group leading the nonprofit practice. Previous leadership positions include Director of Finance and Operations at Coral Reef Alliance, and Director of Finance and Administration at Earth Innovation Institute. Wadhwani's corporate background includes prominent roles at Lehman Brothers, where duties encompassed managing semiconductor and solar investment banking, as well as leading capital markets initiatives, and a prior tenure at Deutsche Bank. Gautam Wadhwani holds a BSE in Computer Science Engineering and a BSEcon in Finance from the University of Pennsylvania and The Wharton School, respectively.
