Nicole Johnson

Nicole Johnson has extensive experience in account service and financial management, currently serving as Account Service Delivery Manager and Deposit/Payment Adjustment Manager at PSECU since July 2018. Prior roles include significant positions at Berks County Court, where responsibilities ranged from processing support payments to managing court schedules, alongside earlier roles at various financial institutions, including Vist Financial and Metro Bank. Nicole holds a Master’s of Science in Corporate Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Behavior and Psychology from Albright College, highlighting a strong foundation in both management and psychology.
