The Financial Analysis and Risk Management team at PSECU is responsible for evaluating financial data to support strategic decision-making and mitigate risks. This team conducts financial forecasting, analyzes member loan and credit risk, identifies and investigates fraudulent activities, ensures regulatory compliance, and supports business continuity. They play a critical role in maintaining the financial health of the credit union and safeguarding member assets.
