Ahmed Fahmy

Ahmed Fahmy is a highly experienced engineer specializing in ASIC design, currently serving as a Senior Staff ASIC Design Engineer at pSemi, A Murata Company since July 2025. Prior to this, Ahmed held multiple roles at Allegro MicroSystems from August 2017 to July 2025, including Senior Principal Digital Design Engineer and Digital Model Architecture Manager, where responsibilities included developing algorithms and controller architecture models in collaboration with system engineers. Earlier experience includes a position as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Florida, an IC Design Engineer at Si-Vision, and a Mixed-Signal Designer at Mentor Graphics. Ahmed holds a Ph.D. in Synthesizable Mixed-Signal Integrated Circuits from the University of Florida, a Master of Engineering from Nile University, and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Electrical Communications Engineering from Ain Shams University.
