Karen Jeane Bobillo

Karen Jeane Bobillo is an experienced professional with a strong background in management and operations within the recruitment and global solutions sectors. As a Team Manager at PSG Global Solutions since January 2014, Karen ensures the successful implementation and growth of accounts, manages recruiter performance, and enhances recruiters’ competencies in sourcing and recruiting. Prior to this role, Karen served in various positions, including Operations Manager and Senior Transition Pod Team Leader at SPi Global from May 2006 to January 2014. Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts and Science degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from New Era University, which was attained between 2000 and 2004.
