Mark Anthony Medina

Mark Anthony Medina has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as Director of Operations at PSG Global Solutions since April 2016, after holding the position of Program Manager and Business Unit Head. Prior to this role, Mark Anthony was with Convergys from February 2006 to March 2016, where responsibilities included Operations Manager, Senior Team Leader, and Team Leader. Earlier in Mark Anthony's career, a position as Customer Retention Manager was held at InterContinental Hotels Group from September 2003 to February 2006. Mark Anthony earned a Bachelor of Mass Communication from Silliman University between 1999 and 2003, and also completed a High School Diploma at Don Bosco Technical Institute, Makati from June 1995 to March 1999.
