Doug Cumpston

Doug Cumpston has extensive experience in sales and business development within the energy sector, currently serving as the Regional Sales Manager for the Rotating Equipment Group and as the Director of Sales and Business Development for North America Energy at PSG®, a Dover company, since 1996. Cumpston’s responsibilities include managing strategic and legacy markets, account planning, and relationship management, alongside overseeing marketing strategies and technical support. Prior roles include Director of Global Segment Marketing - Energy at PSG, where Cumpston focused on strategic program development and sales support, Regional Manager for various pump and compressor technologies, and Sales Manager at Eaton Sales & Service. Cumpston began the career as a Field Engineer at the Dowell Division of Dow Chemical and was a partner in an industrial manufacturers' representative agency. Cumpston holds a B.S. in Geology from Colorado State University.
