Jianlei Xu

Jianlei Xu has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and positions. Jianlei began their career in 1975 at No. 7 Chemical Fiber Factory in Shanghai, China, where they served as the Vice Manager of the Equipment Department until 1988. Jianlei then worked as a Project Manager at Chuanye Co., Ltd. from 1988 to 1989. Xu joined Tempo Service Pty., Ltd. in 1990 as a Service Man and stayed with the company until 1994. Jianlei then worked at Keyda Australia Pty. Ltd. as a Sales Man from 1994 to 1995, followed by a Sales Manager role at Pricilla International Co. Pty. Ltd. from 1995 to 1997. Xu's career took their to Rieter Textile Machinery (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. in 1997, where they became the Head of PM China, significantly increasing spare parts sales and establishing a direct sales channel for Pelletizer Machinery. In 2008, Xu joined Automatik Plastics Machinery (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. as the General Manager, overseeing the establishment of a sub-company in China and the localization production line. Jianlei became the Vice-General Manager of Maag Automatik Plastic Machinery (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. in 2011, a role they held until 2013 when they became the Project & Localization Director at PSG (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. While at PSG, they completed a significant localization assignment in a short period of time. Finally, Xu assumed the position of Acting GM of Maag Automatik Division at Dover (Shanghai) Trading Co., Ltd. in 2015.

Jianlei Xu's education history begins in 1973 when they attended the Shanghai Chemical Fiber Machinery Technical School for two years. During their time there, they studied Chemical Fiber Machinery.
