Sidonie Lapointe Sphr

Sidonie Lapointe, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Sidonie is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at PSG, a Dover company, where they are responsible for implementing HR policies, talent management, and employee relations. Sidonie manages the HR team and processes at the Grand Terrace, CA location. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Human Resources at Rice Services Inc., NP Mechanical, Inc., and Brass2Copper, Inc. Sidonie also worked as the Director of Human Resources at Winpak Lane, Inc., where they were a member of the Human Resource Leadership Team. Before that, they served as the Manager of Human Resources at Gentex Corp. In addition to their corporate roles, Sidonie also served as the Treasurer at PIHRA District 15.

Sidonie Lapointe, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, holds a Master's of Science in Leadership and Management with a focus on Organization Development from the University of La Verne. Additionally, they have a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, with a concentration in Human Resources, from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. Sidonie has further demonstrated their expertise in the field by earning certifications such as the Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, both obtained in January 2015.
