Roxana Avila

Roxana Avila is a skilled UX/UI Designer with extensive experience leading digital marketing design teams and managing projects in various capacities. Currently serving as the Design Lead for Nearpod.com at Psh since November 2021, Roxana oversees a team focused on user experience and interface design. Previous roles include inhouse Graphic Designer at DeVentas, where responsibilities included website management, email marketing, and motion graphics, as well as Web Designer at Red Banana, specializing in web interface optimization and content marketing strategies. Roxana has also contributed as a Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager at Miami Kreative and in various contract roles, showcasing a strong foundation in branding, social media design, and content creation. Roxana holds a Licentiate degree in Estudios sobre comunicación y medios from UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, obtained in 2017.
