Brandon Russell

Brandon Russell has a diverse work experience spanning over 19 years. Brandon started their career as an Assistant Manager at Arby's Restaurant Group, Inc. in 2004, where they led a team to provide excellent customer service and maintained high standards in the dining area.

In 2006, they joined Target as an Ad Set Captain, responsible for organizing and maintaining sales advertisements and providing assistance to departments during peak periods.

In 2009, Brandon became a Store Manager at RITE AID, where they handled various tasks including human resources work, payroll management, scheduling, inventory control, and accounting. Brandon stayed with RITE AID until 2017.

In 2018, Brandon joined Woodforest National Bank as a Branch Manager, and later that year, they transitioned to Great Lakes Radiant & Industrials as an Operations Manager. In this role, they managed daily operations, balanced accounts payable and receivable, processed orders, reconciled expenditures, and provided exceptional customer service. Brandon also identified business optimization solutions, created and executed marketing strategies, managed inventory, and focused on workforce development.

Most recently, in 2023, Brandon started working at PSI Pax, Inc. as a Journeyman Operations Research Analyst.
