Afaf Deeb has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources Management. Afaf currently works at PSI Real Estate, starting in December 2021 as a Senior Recruitment Specialist, and previously held the role of Recruitment Specialist from December 2021 to November 2022. Prior to their current role, Afaf worked at the Department of Ecumenical Relations and Development. Afaf joined the organization in May 2016 as a Field Monitor and later became the HR Manager in June 2019, a position they held until April 2021. Afaf also has experience as a Human Resources Officer at Holiday Beach Resort Syria, where they worked from May 2014 to April 2015.
Afaf Deeb obtained a Bachelor's degree in international relations from Damascus University, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Afaf later pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resources Management (HRM) at the Higher Institute of Business Administration and the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona from 2011 to 2013.
