Raashid Siddique

Raashid Siddique joined PSI in September of 2020 and comes with over 20 years of management/IT consulting and operations experience. He is responsible for managing and developing the various teams within Operations that support both the Test Channel and Remote Proctoring business units. He currently oversees the Client Services, Candidate Services, Tech Support, Remote Proctor, QA/Security, and BPO teams and is constantly looking for ways to improve processes and gain operational efficiencies while globalising our footprint.

Raashid started his career as a management consultant at Deloitte Consulting where he worked on large-scale software development and change management projects both in the public and private sectors. He spent the last 13 years in the Digital Marketing space, working for The Search Agency as Executive Vice President of Operations and Digital Strategy where he built and developed teams both in the US and overseas and was responsible for managing multiple P&L’s.

Raashid holds an MBA from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and a BA from Cal State Northridge.
