Desiree Prisby

Desiree Prisby has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries and roles. Desiree is currently working at Objective Paradigm as the Director of Business Development for VC/PE & Growth since September 2022. Previously, they served as the DRS Reporting Team Lead and DRS Consultant at the same company from February 2021 to October 2022.

Before joining Objective Paradigm, Desiree worked at Morae Global as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter from January 2019 to February 2021. Desiree also had the role of Legal Recruiter at Morae Global from July 2018 to February 2021, where they recruited candidates for document review positions and served as a liaison between hired document reviewers and project management.

Prior to that, Desiree worked at KLDiscovery as a Document Reviewer from November 2016 to July 2018. Desiree'sresponsibilities included coding documents for relevancy, acting as a Team Lead on contract review projects, and performing privilege reviews.

Desiree's work experience also includes a role as a Sales Associate at Maurices, where they worked from November 2015 to November 2016. Additionally, they interned at the Sports Legal Clinic at Valparaiso University School of Law from August 2015 to May 2016.

Desiree Prisby obtained their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree specializing in Sports Law from Valparaiso University School of Law. Desiree attended the law school from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Communications and Philosophy at Loyola University Chicago from 2009 to 2013.
