Paul Mawhinney

Paul Mawhinney currently serves as the Director of Revenue Operations at The Change Companies since July 2023. With extensive experience in the ski industry, Paul has been a Ski Instructor and Staff Trainer at Roundtop Mountain Resort since 1996, achieving Level III Alpine Certification and Master Teacher Certification. Paul has played various key roles in the PSIA-E/AASI Eastern Division since 2012, including Examiner and Development Team member. Prior to current roles, Paul held several positions in sales and operations management across various companies, including Director of Sales Operations at BloomBoard, Manager of Salesforce Administration at Creative Learning Systems, and Manager of Marketing Operations at MacuLogix. Paul obtained a BA in Communications/Public Relations from Geneva College in 2002.
