Bill Reynolds currently serves as the Director of the American Rescue Plan Grant Program for the City of Kingston, NY, since 2022. With extensive experience in communications and media services, Reynolds held leadership roles at various New York State agencies, including the Director of Media Services at the Justice Center for the Protection of People with Special Needs and Director of Communications at both the Inspector General and Department of Transportation. Reynolds also worked as Press Secretary at the Office of State Comptroller and served as a City Council Member for Kingston from 1994 to 2011. In addition, Reynolds has been a ski instructor with PSIA - AASI since December 2016, specializing in teaching children while also providing instruction to individuals of all ages. Bill Reynolds earned a BA in Communication from SUNY Brockport from 1979 to 1983.
