Brian Monroe is an accomplished composer and arranger with extensive experience in music education and performance. Currently serving as a composer/arranger at JW Pepper Sheet Music and C. Alan Publications, Brian has created numerous works for concert bands and percussion ensembles, including pieces such as "Avalanche in the Bleak Midwinter" and "Proclamations for Concert Band." Brian's career spans several decades, with significant roles in the National Ski Patrol as a Central Division Assistant OET Supervisor and as a ski instructor for the PSIA-AASI. Additionally, Brian has contributed as an adjudicator and chairman for the Ohio Music Education Association, while holding a long-term position as a band director and music department chair at Stow and Crestwood Schools. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Music Theory and Composition and a Bachelor's degree in Music Teacher Education from Kent State University.
