Mel Ott

Mel Ott is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales, customer service, and localization. Currently serving as a Sales Guide at Secret Creek, Mel applies 30 years of industry expertise while also holding a long-term position as a Production Team Lead and QA Tester at TransPerfect. Previous roles include Sales Manager at Audi of America, Regional Sales Manager at Edelweiss Wood Flooring, and L10N Project Manager at SDL plc, among others. Mel has a strong educational background with a double Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs and Sociology from the University of Colorado Boulder. Additionally, Mel is actively involved as an instructor and coach with PSIA-AASI.
