Phillip Bouton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program development and management within public health and adaptive sports. Currently serving as the Healthy Homes Program Manager at Columbus Public Health Department since February 2002, Phillip oversees a $1 million program focused on promoting healthy indoor environments, which includes grant writing, coalition development, and public outreach. In addition, Phillip holds the position of President of the Board for the Ohio Healthy Homes Network, advocating for safe housing for Ohio residents. As a certified ski instructor with PSIA-AASI and a long-time volunteer for Adaptive Sports Connection, Phillip is committed to providing sporting opportunities for individuals with disabilities. Phillip's earlier role as a Program Manager at NACCHO fortified skills in analysis and collaboration across diverse health initiatives. Phillip earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Ohio State University.
