Maíra Rodrigues Arruda

Maíra Rodrigues Arruda has worked in three different companies since 2016. In 2020, they began working as a Key Account Manager at Psicologia Viva (Psyalive). In this role, they are responsible for managing the corporate client portfolio of medium and large companies. Maíra Rodrigues is also responsible for planning, validating, and executing product launch/relaunch projects, presenting the product and providing necessary support to the companies' HR departments, collecting user feedback, and encouraging upselling and cross selling.

Prior to this role, Maíra worked at Campinas Tech from 2018-2020. During this time, they held two roles: Head of Staff and Membership Analyst. As Head of Staff, they were responsible for developing the marketing plan and strengthening the brand, managing the team, and interfacing with suppliers, partner companies, and providing weekly reports to the board. As Membership Analyst, they were responsible for structuring the commercial area by implementing CRM and customer journey, as well as conducting marketing activities such as content creation and email marketing to increase revenue.

Before Campinas Tech, Maíra worked at ACIC - Associação Comercial e Industrial de Campinas from 2016-2018. During this time, they held two roles: Desenvolvimento de Negócios and Estagiária Novos Sócios.

Maíra Rodrigues Arruda is currently a student at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas, where they have been studying since 2015. Maíra Rodrigues is pursuing a degree in Public Relations/Image Management.
