Rodrigo Ewerton

Rodrigo Ewerton has worked in the IT industry since 2014. Rodrigo began their career as an Estagiario de Suporte Técnico at Caixa Econômica Federal, where they generated reports on machine inventories and license totals across nine plants in Brazil. Rodrigo then moved to Educadora Jorge Abraço as a Técnico de Informática, where they audited software automation and requested that clients execute tasks and routines to evaluate and record if they met state legislation requirements. In 2016, they joined ComFlex IT Services as Analista de Suporte de TI, where they were responsible for training new hires and integrating operations into a new unit. Rodrigo then moved to M&A Comercio De Informatica E Tecnologia as a Tech Leader, where they managed the technical side of the store and performed physical and logical maintenance on microcomputers, notebooks, and servers. In 2019, they joined Stefanini Brasil as an Operations Coordinator, Tech Leader, and JR Support Analyst, where they were responsible for receiving level 1 support requests and acting as a focal point under management supervision. In 2021, they moved to MXT as IT Services Manager and, in 2022, they joined Psicologia Viva (Psyalive) as IT Support Coordinator.

Rodrigo Ewerton has a diverse educational background. Rodrigo completed a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Management from Estácio in 2020-2022, and a Post-Graduate degree in Product Management from Faculdade Pitagoras in 2022-2023. Rodrigo also attended Escola Politécnica de Minas Gerais Polimig from 2013-2015, where they studied Computer Programming. In addition, Rodrigo has obtained several certifications, including Gestão de Projetos com Scrum from Educavy in March 2022, Certificação em Liderança, Capacidade de Aprender e Resiliência from PUCRS - Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul in August 2021, White Belt Lean Six-Sigma from Escola EDTI in June 2021, Yellow Belt Six-Sigma Professional from 6sigmastudy - The global certification body for six sigma certifications in June 2021, Profissional de Privacidade de Dados (LGPD) from TIexames in October 2020, SCRUM FOUNDATION PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATE (SFPC) from CertiProf in June 2020, Remote Work and Virtual Collaboration Certificate - (RWVCPC) from CertiProf in July 2022, KanBan Foundation Certificate - KIKF™ from CertiProf in September 2020, DevOps Essentials Professional Certificate (DEPC) from CertiProf in August 2020, and Lifelong Learning from CertiProf in August 2020.
