Behnam Behroozpour

Behnam Behroozpour is a seasoned professional in the field of electrical and electronics engineering, currently serving as the Director of System Integration at PsiQuantum since June 2025. Previously, Behroozpour held various significant roles at SiLC Technologies, Inc., from September 2019 to June 2025, including Sr Director of Product Engineering and Director of Integrated Circuits Design. Prior experience also includes a tenure at Bosch Research and Technology Center as a Senior Engineer and Research Engineer from August 2016 to August 2019, as well as a Postdoctoral Researcher and Ph.D. Candidate at the University of California, Berkeley.
