Sean Evans

Sean Evans is an experienced professional in the biotech and venture investment sectors. Currently serving as a Board Observer for multiple companies including Psivant Therapeutics, Aro Biotherapeutics, and Locus Biosciences, as well as a member of the Board of Directors at Accent Therapeutics, Evans has a strong track record in leadership roles. As a Senior Associate in Venture Investments at Johnson & Johnson since September 2020, Evans manages equity investments and engages with various stakeholders to source early-stage innovations. Previously, as Director of Business Development & Alliances at The Johns Hopkins University, strategic partnerships were led to maximize the institution's research capabilities. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Molecular Microbiology and Immunology and an M.S. in Biotechnology from The Johns Hopkins University, alongside a B.A. in Biology from the College of Charleston.
