Jennifer Betances

Jennifer Betances, MBA, serves as the Human Resources Director at ConnectiveRx since October 2020, having previously held the role of Senior HR Business Partner. Prior experience includes positions as a Senior Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Manager at Bed Bath & Beyond from November 2018 to October 2020. Prior to that, Jennifer worked as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Hawkins, Inc. from January 2017 to June 2018, and held various HR roles at Party Rental Ltd between May 2011 and August 2016, including HR Manager for Employee Relations & Talent and Senior HR Specialist for Talent Development. Jennifer's career began at Harsco Environmental, where roles included Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Generalist from April 2006 to May 2011. Jennifer earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Queens College.
