Jim Caponi

Jim Caponi currently serves as General Counsel, Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer, and Vice President at ConnectiveRx, a position held since June 2018. Prior to this role, Jim held various leadership positions at UHS from November 2010 to June 2018, including Vice-President, Global Chief Compliance Officer, and Privacy Officer. Jim's career also includes experience as Divisional Compliance Officer for the Health and Wellness Division at Take Care Health Systems (WALGREENS) from April 2009 to November 2010. Jim Caponi holds a Juris Doctor degree from Widener University Schools of Law (1999), a Master of Arts in U.S. History from Villanova University (1993), and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Theology from Villanova University (1989).
