Kelly Roddy

Kelly Roddy is an accomplished human resources professional with over three decades of experience in talent acquisition and organizational development. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at ConnectiveRx since December 2022, Kelly has previously held multiple leadership roles at SDLC Partners, L.P. & CyLumena, including Sr. Manager Talent Acquisition and Sr. Manager Human Resources, beginning in May 2011. Prior to that, experience includes a decade at McKinsey & Company, where Kelly advanced from Recruiter to Professional Development Manager for the Americas Operations Practice. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business from the University of Pittsburgh, earned between 1986 and 1990.
