Kenneth Olsen

Kenneth Olsen is the current General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at ConnectiveRx. Prior to this, they served as the first General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at SK Life Science, Inc. from January 2019 to March 2020. There, they were responsible for building out both the legal and compliance functions, and served as a member of the C-Suite and Executive Committee. Kenneth drew upon their over 30 years’ experience in the Pharmaceutical industry to create best-in-class, cost-effective and commercially competitive legal and compliance architectures, performance metrics, staffing, and culture.

From June 2018 to March 2019, Kenneth was a consultant at Axiom where they helped a foreign-owned pharmaceutical company build and refine its foundational governance platforms across healthcare compliance, pricing, and promotional activities.

Previously, Kenneth served as Global Associate General Counsel, Regulatory Law at Olympus Corporation of the Americas from January 2017 to December 2018. Kenneth also served as Associate FDA Counseling and Litigation at Hyman, Phelps & McNamara, P.C. from January 1993 to December 1996. Kenneth began their career as an Associate at Keller and Heckman LLP from January 1989 to December 1993.

Kenneth Olsen attended the Worcester Polytechnic Institute for their undergraduate degree, where they studied physics and mechanical engineering. Kenneth then attended The Johns Hopkins University as a masters candidate in philosophy. After that, they attended The Catholic University of America for their Doctor of Law degree. Kenneth Olsen also has various certifications, including ones from LinkedIn in Cultivating Cultural Competence and Inclusion and Diversity: The Best Resource for Achieving Business Goals, Johnson & Johnson office of process excellence in Six Sigma Green Belt, State Bar of New Jersey in License to Practice Law, State of New Jersey, State Bar of Washington, D.C. in License to Practice Law, Washington, D.C., and U.S. Coast Guard in Licensed Captain.
