Mark Pawlak

Mark Pawlak is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at ConnectiveRx since 2018, Mark acts as a trusted advisor to CEOs and private equity sponsors, where responsibilities include directing human capital strategy and fostering company culture. Prior to this role, Mark held multiple positions at Revlon from 2007 to 2017, including Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Vice President of Law, Employment & Benefits, guiding HR, legal compliance, and corporate communications. Mark's earlier legal experience includes senior counsel positions at Philips and multiple associate roles at prominent law firms. Mark holds a Master of Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University, a Juris Doctor from the University at Buffalo School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts from Fordham University.
