Tiago Pinto

Tiago Pinto has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries and roles. Tiago has worked as a Director of Client Solutions Architecture at ConnectiveRx since 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Executive Consultant in Client Services at Optum from 2020 to 2023. In this role, they oversaw the alignment between various departments and managed contractual services for a physician-led health network. From 2020 to 2020, Tiago worked as a Senior Manager at Gilead Sciences, where they managed global teams and provided project management leadership. Before that, they were a Program Manager at The Permanente Federation, where they led consulting initiatives and improved operational outcomes through strategic planning and analytics expertise. Tiago also has experience working at Abbott, Kaiser Permanente, MedeAnalytics Inc, and Quorum Consulting, where they held various managerial and consultant roles. Throughout their career, Tiago has demonstrated strong leadership, project management, and analytical skills.

Tiago Pinto holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from California State University - East Bay, which they completed in 2015. Prior to that, they earned a degree in Biotechnology with a focus on Biomanufacturing from City College of San Francisco between 2004 and 2006. Tiago also attained a Bachelor's degree in Business of Administration, with a specialization in International Marketing, from Universidade Estadual do Ceara - UECE in Brazil, completing it from 1994 to 1999. Additionally, Tiago completed a Product Management course through Pragmatic Marketing. Tiago has obtained certifications in various areas, including Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in 2020 and Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute in 2009.
