Duncan Robertson

Director, Promotional Programs, Reach and Response, MEC at PSL Group

Duncan Robertson is the current director of promotional programs, Reach and Response, MEC at PSL Group. Duncan has been in this position since February 2013. Prior to that, they were the project manager at Enhance Research from July 2010 to July 2012. In this role, they assisted in the development of a wide range of skills, including: experience managing quantitative and qualitative research projects, proposal drafting and proofing, data manipulation and analysis using SPSS data analysis software, questionnaire design, critical thinking in order to pull meaningful insights from data sets, experience managing data analysts, client relationship management, report presentation and delivery of insights to upper management, expertise with varied research types such as customer satisfaction and advocacy, brand health, customer engagement and more, management of external contractors, and experience managing projects for a varied range of industries, including finance, retail, telecommunications and entertainment.

Duncan Robertson holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from CQUniversity and a Bachelor of Business Management from Griffith University. Their field of study is marketing and communications.
