Andrew Balane Pe

Andrew Balane, PE has a diverse work experience in the field of civil engineering. Andrew started their career as a Student Intern/Lab Technician at Ninyo & Moore Geotechnical and Environmental Sciences Consultants in 2010, where they worked until 2013. Andrew then transitioned to Hal Hays Construction, Inc. as a Project Support Coordinator/Jr. Estimator from 2013 to 2014. Following this, they joined Southern California Grading as a Project Engineer, where they worked for two years from 2014 to 2016. Andrew then moved on to RCE Consultants, Inc. as an Engineer I from 2016 to 2017. Currently, they are working at Psomas as a Civil Engineering Designer, starting in October 2017.

Andrew Balane, PE graduated with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona in 2013. Andrew is also a certified Professional Engineer (PE) by the State of California.
