Elaine Gilbert, PE, MS, ENV SP, QSD has a diverse work experience spanning various engineering roles. Elaine is currently working as a Senior Project Engineer at Psomas since November 2022. Previously, they held the same position at PacRim Engineering from March 2020.

Before that, Elaine worked as an Assistant Project Manager at KWC Engineers, Inc. from June 2015 to March 2020. Prior to that, they served as a Design Engineer at Fuscoe Engineering from April 2014 to July 2015, and at Nasland from April 2010 to April 2014.

Elaine'searly career started at the City of Encinitas as a GIS Technician in 2009. Overall, Elaine Gilbert has gained valuable experience in project management, design, engineering, and GIS throughout their career.

Elaine Gilbert obtained their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Civil Engineering from San Diego State University-California State University between the years 2008 and 2010. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Civil Engineering at San Diego State University from 2012 to 2014.
