Environmental Services Team Leader/vice President/principal at Psomas

Jennifer Marks has extensive experience in environmental consulting, specializing in CEQA and NEPA compliance. Jennifer began their career at RBF Consulting as an intern in environmental services in 1999. From 2000 to 2013, they worked at BonTerra Consulting as a Senior Project Manager and Associate, managing various projects. In 2014, they joined Psomas as a Senior Project Manager and Associate, where they were responsible for overseeing projects in Southern California, coordinating with clients and sub-consultants, and preparing environmental documents. In 2019, they were promoted to Orange County Regional Manager and Vice President at Psomas, a role they held until 2021. Currently, Jennifer is serving as the Environmental Services Team Leader, Vice President, and Principal at Psomas, leading a team of CEQA and NEPA professionals and providing a wide range of environmental consulting services to public and private clients.

Jennifer Marks attended Humboldt State University from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Resources Planning and Interpretation.
