Regina Beem, PE, ENV SP, LEED AP, has over 20 years of experience in the field of civil engineering. Regina started their career at RS Engineering in 1998, where they worked as a Civil Engineer for a year and a half. In 1999, they joined the City of Sedona as a Civil Engineer, where they worked for a year and three months. Since 2000, Regina has been working at Psomas as a Sr. Project Manager. Regina has held this position for over 20 years, demonstrating their expertise in managing projects in the field of civil engineering.

Regina Beem, PE, ENV SP, LEED AP, pursued their higher education at the University of Arizona from 1994 to 1998. During this period, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
